Product Designer for new Bupa product.
Work with the Bupa Customer Insights team using HCD principles and user research to conceptualise a new product for younger market not currently utilising health insurance.
Data analysis showed that young adults were not using health insurance and user research showed that more than ever they were taking care of their health and mental wellbeing.
It was my role as product designer to assist and participate in conducting user research, ideation sessions, design high fidelity prototypes and create product concepts that would be more engaging for young adults to manage and keep track of their physical and mental wellbeing and reward them in return.
The end product concept was a mobile app with various features that would not only reward young adults for healthy activities such as running, fitness classes and brain training quizzes but it would assist them in keeping track of their health, connect them with health practitioners and guide them to the right health information efficiently.
